I have to download, turning Radeon chill, and cap to 90 to limit my pc otherwise I get 100% gpu/cpu usage and the game crashes. Trust me when I say I have to do this intentionally for my game to work. Previously had a 2060 super that had steady 70 fps. What could be happening here? My framerate is around 70 steady and sometime go up to 80-85 depending on what happens. I have to crank up the game to 1440p or 4k to eventually max the utilization out with almost no framerate loss.
